1) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction.
2) Orders & Production
Many items are made to order. Production generally begins shortly after purchase. We do not guarantee any lead times; any timeframes shown are estimates only and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Availability
Prices may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and import fees. We do not guarantee the availability of any product, size, or color, and we may correct errors (including typographical or pricing errors) at any time.
4) Shipping & Risk of Loss
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession. Carrier delays, customs holds, weather impacts, or theft after delivery are outside our control and are not grounds for refund. Orders returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.
5) Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All sales are final. Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except for:
(a) a verified manufacturing defect, or (b) our order error (e.g., wrong item/size).
For an eligible issue, we provide replacement only. Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, description, and clear photos of the issue and the full item. Claims after 7 days or without photos may be denied. Normal production variances (minor color shifts, print placement, sizing tolerances) are not defects.
6) Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. If you email us within 2 hours, we will attempt but do not guarantee to halt processing.
7) Colors, Sizing & Information
Colors shown online vary by device and are for reference. Size charts are approximate. We may update product information at any time.
8) Digital Goods & Subscriptions
License. For digital downloads and content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. No resale, redistribution, or public posting.
Access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue digital features without liability.
Subscriptions. If offered, subscriptions auto-renew at the stated interval and price until canceled. You can cancel via your account (or by emailing us) before the next renewal to avoid future charges. No refunds or proration for partial periods. Prices or terms may change with notice to the email on file or posted on the site.
9) Accounts, Reviews & User Content
If accounts, reviews, or uploads are enabled:
You’re responsible for your login credentials and activity.
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes.
We may moderate or remove content at our discretion and do not guarantee reviews will remain posted. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
10) Payments & Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11) Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, images, text, and other content on the site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except to browse and purchase for personal use. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
12) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the site unlawfully; (b) interfere with security or operations; (c) scrape or harvest data without permission; (d) infringe IP rights; (e) submit abusive, obscene, or deceptive content.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of law or third-party rights.
16) Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California for any dispute not subject to an alternative process.
18) DMCA / IP Concerns

19) Force Majeure
