1) Made-to-Order: No Guaranteed Timelines
All products are produced on demand. We do not guarantee delivery dates or production timelines. Any dates shown at checkout or in emails are estimates only and not grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
2) Order Processing & Production
Orders enter our production queue shortly after purchase. Because each item is made to order, production speed depends on factors like material availability, print queues, quality checks, and carrier capacity. We cannot expedite or promise specific ship-by dates.
3) Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship using commonly available carriers with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link when a label is created or when the carrier first scans the parcel. Tracking updates may be delayed by the carrier and do not always reflect real-time movement.
4) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please review it carefully. Parcels returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed are not refundable. We can reship when possible; additional shipping costs will apply.
5) Carrier Delays, Weather, Customs & Peak Seasons
Transit times are controlled by carriers and may extend due to weather, operational backlogs, customs inspections, strikes, holidays, or other events. These delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
6) Loss, Theft, or “Delivered but Not Received”
Marked Delivered: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier branch. Theft after delivery is not covered by us.
In-Transit Irregularities: If a parcel appears stalled or lost, we’ll help you open a carrier inquiry/claim. Replacements (not refunds) may be issued at our discretion after the carrier’s investigation window.
Signature on Delivery: For higher-value orders, we may require a signature at delivery to reduce loss/theft risk.
7) Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace it (no refunds). Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the full item and the issue. Claims after 7 days or without photos may be denied. Normal production variances (minor color shifts, print placement, sizing tolerances) are not defects.
8) Split Shipments
To avoid delays, items in the same order may ship separately as they clear production. You will not be charged extra shipping for splits initiated by us.
9) International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, and import fees (DDU terms). Customs processing can extend transit times and is outside our control. We do not refund orders held, delayed, or returned by customs.
10) Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. If you email us within 2 hours, we will attempt—but do not guarantee—to halt processing.
11) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable once an order is placed.
12) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, carrier interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or power/internet failures.
