Every product is made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than a verified manufacturing merchandise defect or an order error on our part.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Defects or Order Errors (Replacement Only)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or we sent the wrong product/size, we will replace it at no cost. We do not offer refunds.
To request a replacement, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect/issue and the full item
Claims submitted after 7 days or without required photos will be denied.
Cancellations
Because items move into production quickly, orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If you email us within 2 hours of purchase, we’ll attempt to stop production, but this is not guaranteed.
Color, Sizing & Minor Variations
On-demand production can result in slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing tolerances. These normal variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
Shipping Issues
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Items returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not refundable.
Carrier delays, theft after delivery, or weather impacts are outside our control and are not grounds for refund. We’ll help you open a carrier claim when possible.
Final-Sale Items
All items - custom, limited, preorder, discounted, or standard - are final sale.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
